Consent to a roof inspection by A-D’s Metal Roofing.

Limited Lifetime manufacturer warranty.

Prize Limitations
Roof size not to exceed 30 squares (3,000 square feet of roof surface).
Asphalt shingle roofs only.
Detached garages, sheds, and outbuildings are excluded.
Structural repairs, decking replacement beyond normal allowances, mold remediation, and code-required upgrades are not included.
If additional work is required, the homeowner may elect to pay the difference.

FORTIFIED Roof™ Qualification
If the home meets all applicable requirements, A-D’s Metal Roofing will install the roof to meet IBHS FORTIFIED Roof™ standards at no additional cost. Final certification is subject to approval by an independent FORTIFIED evaluator.

Selection Process
The recipient will be chosen based on financial need, roof condition, and overall circumstances. Final selection is at the sole discretion of A-D’s Metal Roofing.
